§ 49-19-2330 — Notice of hearing on petition for readjustment.

South Carolina·Title 49 WATERS, WATER RESOURCES AND DRAINAGE·Ch. 19 DRAINAGE DISTRICTS UNDER 1920 ACT

Such notice may be in the following form: Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the lands included within the __________ drainage district that a petition has been filed in the office of the clerk of the court of common pleas of __________ County praying for a readjustment of the assessment of benefits for the purpose of making a more equitable basis for the levy of the Maintenance Tax in said district and that said petition will be heard by said court on the first day of the next __________ term of said court.
