Text
For that purpose the Department of Administration or a majority of the owners or the owners of a majority of the acreage of such lands may make and sign a petition in which shall be stated:
(1)The name of the proposed drainage district;
(2)The number of years the district is to continue;
(3)The boundaries of the proposed district;
(4)The names so far as known and the last post-office addresses of the owners of lands in the district together with the approximate number of acres owned by each and if the name or post-office address of the owner of any of such lands is unknown to the petitioners that fact shall be set out in the petition; and (5) That the owners of the lands within the district whose names are subscribed to the petition are willing to and do obligate and bind the lands own
