§ 49-19-1950 — Payments by treasurer; form of warrants.
South Carolina·Title 49 WATERS, WATER RESOURCES AND DRAINAGE·Ch. 19 DRAINAGE DISTRICTS UNDER 1920 ACT
The treasurer of the district shall pay out funds of the district only on warrants issued by the district, such warrants to be signed by the president of the board of supervisors and attested by the signature of the secretary. All warrants shall be in the following form: $__________ Fund __________ No. of warrant __________ Treasurer of __________ Drainage District, State of South Carolina. Pay to __________ dollars out of the money in __________ fund of __________ drainage district. For __________. By order of board of supervisors of __________ Drainage District, South Carolina. , President of District. Attest: , Secretary of District.
