Text

A tribunal of this State may:

(1)request a tribunal outside this State to assist in obtaining discovery; and (2) upon request, compel a person over which it has jurisdiction to respond to a discovery order issued by a tribunal outside this State.

HISTORY: 2008 Act No. 361, SECTION 2; 2015 Act No. 33 (S.500), SECTION 1, eff June 1, 2015. Effect of Amendment 2015 Act No. 33, SECTION 1, in (1) and (2), substituted "outside this State" for "of another state"; and in (2), substituted "which" for "whom".
