§ 6-13-40 — Qualifications of voters.
South Carolina·Title 6 LOCAL GOVERNMENT—PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO SPECIAL PURPOSE DISTRICTS AND OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS·Ch. 13 RURAL COMMUNITY WATER DISTRICTS
Any person who is qualified to vote under the general law of this State and who resides in the district shall be eligible to vote.
