§ 51-13-940 — Commission property exempt from taxation.
South Carolina·Title 51 PARKS, RECREATION, AND TOURISM·Ch. 13 REGIONAL DISTRICTS, COMMISSIONS, AND AUTHORITIES
All property of the commission shall be exempt from all ad valorem taxes levied by the counties, municipalities, and other political subdivisions.
