Text

The Authority shall be composed of four resident electors of Darlington County to be appointed by the governing body thereof and four resident electors of Chesterfield County to be appointed by the governing body of that county. The terms of the members of the Authority shall be four years and until their successors have been appointed and qualify, except of those first appointed two members from Darlington County and two members from Chesterfield County shall serve terms of two years. Any vacancy shall be filled by the appropriate appointing authority for the balance of the unexpired term only. All members shall hold office for their respective terms and until their successors have been appointed and qualify. Immediately upon the appointment of the Authority it shall organize by electing
