Text
The State Housing Finance and Development Authority may provide advice or technical assistance to public and nonprofit entities and to federal agencies so as to stimulate the housing industry and to relieve unemployment. The ability to enter into contracts for the provision of advice or technical assistance as provided by this section is not limited by the economic class of any individual who may benefit from such contract. Contracts may be made and executed with political subdivisions of the State, nonprofit entities, and federal agencies engaged in providing or promoting the development of housing resources within the State so that the State Housing Finance and Development Authority may provide advice or technical assistance.
