Text
The board of visitors of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, is hereby authorized to set aside a suitable plot, the size and location thereof to be determined by the board and by the State Department of Administration, wherein may be interred the remains of past presidents of The Citadel who may be so minded to be buried therein with their wives, if so desired; provided, that the approval and selection of such past presidents and their wives to be buried therein shall be wholly in the discretion of the board of visitors of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.
