§ 58-11-860 — Activities in the ROW.
The provisions of this section apply only to activities in the ROW. Nothing in this article must be interpreted to:
(1)allow an entity to provide services regulated pursuant to 47 U.S.C. Sections 521 to 573, without compliance with all laws applicable to such providers; or (2) impose any new requirements on cable providers for the provision of such service in this State.
