The land owned, leased, or managed by the Playcard Environmental Education Center in Horry County is declared a sanctuary for the protection of game, birds, and other animals. There may be no hunting, fishing, or trespassing in the sanctuary. Fishing may be permitted only by written authorization from the management of the center. The management of the center shall post along the outer boundaries of the land and mouths of all streams and creeks entering into the Playcard Environmental Education Center signs notifying the public that the area is a sanctuary and is closed to hunting and fishing except as authorized. No flowers, shrubs, trees, or other plants may be damaged or removed from the park without permission from the management. A person convicted of violating the provisions of this
