Text
All enforcement officers and any other employee of the department designated by the board, at any and all reasonable hours, may inspect the business premises and records required by this article of any person licensed under this article to ensure compliance. The license of any licensee who refuses to allow promptly an inspection authorized under this section is subject to immediate revocation.
