The following are courts of justice in this State:
(1)the court for trial of impeachments;
(2)the Supreme Court;
(3)the court of appeals;
(4)the circuit courts, to wit:
(a)a court of common pleas and (b) a court of general sessions;
(5)probate courts;
(6)the family courts;
(7)magistrates' courts; and (8) municipal courts.
