§ 7-8-3. Authorized purposes.
An association may be incorporated, with or without capital stock, under this chapter
            for the purpose of carrying on any lawful business permitted by § 7-1.2-301 for the mutual benefit of its patrons, or their patrons, or any patrons' patrons,
            as ultimate consumers, or for the purpose of doing business for the benefit of its
            member patrons in all things relating directly or indirectly to the catching, processing,
            storing, transporting, marketing, and distributing of fish and other aquatic products
            of all kinds.
