§ 7-7-17. Annual report — Examination of books.

Every association formed under this chapter shall submit an annual statement, sworn to by one of the officers of the association, to the director of environmental management, subject to any regulations that he or she prescribes, on forms furnished by or satisfactory to him or her, showing the number of members of the association, the amount of money received by it from every source, an itemized list of all expenses of the association, the amount of its indebtedness or liabilities, and its balance sheets.
