§ 7-7-15. Amendment of articles.

The articles of association of any association formed under this chapter may be changed or amended. Any change or amendment must first be approved by two-thirds (â…”) of the directors of an association and then must be adopted by a majority of its members through their vote on it or their written assent to it.
