§ 7-6-94. Penalties imposed upon corporation.

(a) Each domestic or foreign corporation that fails or refuses to file its annual report for any year within the time prescribed by this chapter is subject to a penalty of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each year to be assessed by the secretary of state.

(b) Each domestic or foreign corporation that fails or refuses to answer truthfully and fully within the time prescribed by this chapter interrogatories propounded by the secretary of state in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction may be fined in any amo
