§ 7-6-62. Qualification of receivers.
A receiver shall in all cases be a citizen of the United States or a business corporation
            authorized to act as receiver, which corporations may be a domestic corporation or
            a foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state, and shall in
            all cases give any bond that the court directs with any sureties that the court requires.
