§ 7-5.1-11. Severability.
If any provision of this chapter or the application of any provisions to any person
            or under any circumstances is held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction,
            the invalidity does not affect any other provision or the application of the provision,
            and it is declared to be the legislative intent that this chapter and the provisions
            of this chapter would have been enacted if the invalid parts had not been included
            in the chapter.
