§ 7-16-55. Action to restrain foreign limited liability company.
The attorney general of this state may maintain an action in the superior court to
            restrain any foreign limited liability company or any of its agents from transacting
            any business in this state in violation of this chapter or if the limited liability
            company has failed to comply with any section of this chapter applicable to it or
            if the limited liability company has secured a certificate of the secretary of state
            under § 7-16-50 on the basis of an inaccurate statement.
