§ 7-16-52. Amendments to registration of foreign limited liability company.
If any statement in the application for registration of a foreign limited liability
            company was inaccurate when made or a change has occurred, other than a change of
            mailing address or a change of the name and/or address of the resident agent, the
            foreign limited liability company shall promptly file in the office of the secretary
            of state a certificate signed by a person with authority to do so under the laws of
            the state or other jurisdiction of its organization correcting the inaccuracy or indicating
            the change.
