§ 7-12-3. Examination of books and property by representative of deceased partner.
The administrator or executor may enter upon the premises and examine the books and
            affairs of the copartnership and take an inventory of the personal property in which
            his or her intestate or testate may have had an interest at the time of his or her
            decease.
