§ 7-12-2. Death of partner — Statement delivered to administrator or executor.
In case of the death of any person who was at the time of his or her decease a member
            of any copartnership, either general or limited, the surviving partner shall, upon
            the demand in writing of the administrator or executor of the deceased copartner,
            and within ten (10) days subsequently, make out and deliver to the administrator or
            executor a detailed statement of the assets and liabilities of the copartners as they
            existed at the time of the decease of the copartner, which statement shall be verified
            by the oath of the surviving copartner.
