§ 5-8.1-4.1. Continuing education exemption.
Notwithstanding any law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, any person who was registered
            as a professional land surveyor in the state of Rhode Island before July 1, 1975,
            will be exempt from any continuing education requirements as may be established by
            the board of land surveyors of the state of Rhode Island.
