§ 5-8.1-18. Board of registration for professional land surveyors — Public works.
This state and its political subdivisions, such as county, city, town or legally constituted
            board, districts, commissions, or authorities, shall not engage in the practice of
            land surveying involving either public or private property without the surveying being
            under the direct charge and supervision of a land surveyor registered under this chapter.
