§ 5-8-7. Board — Organization — Meetings — Quorum.
The board shall hold at least six (6) regular meetings each year. Special meetings
            may be held as the bylaws of the board provide. The board shall elect or appoint annually
            the following officers: a chairperson, a vice-chairperson, and a secretary. A quorum
            of the board shall consist of not less than three (3) members.
