§ 5-71-10. Endorsement.
The department in consultation with the board shall promulgate regulations providing
            for a procedure for waiver of the requirements of § 5-71-9 for applicants who hold a valid license, certificate, or equivalent issued within
            another state; provided, that the requirements under which that license, certificate,
            or equivalent was issued, meet or exceed the standards required by this chapter.
