§ 5-70-16. Fees.

(a) The fees paid by an applicant for filing an application for examination, for the examination, for biennial renewal, for renewal of an expired certificate, or for issuance of a duplicate certificate shall be in accordance with a section entitled "Fees,� of the regulations of the department of labor and training.

(b) All fee or other monies collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid to and received by the general treasurer who shall keep those monies in a separate fund administered by the department of labor and training pursuant to § 28-22-1.1. All monies in the fund
