§ 5-70-15. Certificate — Identification cards.

(a) Upon payment of the fees required by this chapter, an individual who has complied with the requirements of this chapter is entitled to a certificate and identification card indicating that he or she is qualified for licensure under the provisions of this chapter.

(b) Each certificate shall contain the name of the individual to whom it was issued and his or her date of birth and the category or categories under which he or she is licensed.
