§ 5-70-12. Reciprocity.
Reciprocity shall be in accordance with the bylaws of the board. Reciprocity shall
            be subject to the condition that the authority of a state, territory, or possession
            of the United States, the District of Columbia, or of any foreign country shall grant
            equivalent reciprocity rights to holders of licenses issued by this authority.
