§ 5-7-2. Penalty for establishment of office without license — Public agencies exempt.
Whoever without a license to do so establishes or keeps an intelligence or employment
            office for any of the purposes specified in this chapter, upon conviction, shall be
            fined ten dollars ($10.00) for each day the office is kept; and any person violating
            any of those rules or regulations, upon conviction, shall be fined not exceeding twenty
            dollars ($20.00) for each offense; provided, that this chapter does not apply to any
            employment office established by the state or federal government.
