§ 5-69-7. Powers and duties of the licensing board.

(a) The organization, meeting, and management of the licensing board shall be established by regulations promulgated by the department of health.

(b) In addition to duties set forth in this chapter, the licensing board shall:

(1) Examine and pass on the qualifications of all applicants identified by the ICRC/AODA member board that all standards have been successfully completed for licensure under this chapter, and recommend to the director that a license shall be issued to each qualified, successful applicant, attesting
