§ 5-68.1-14. Penalties.
A violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a civil fine of
            not less than three hundred dollars ($300) for the first offense. Each subsequent
            offense shall be punishable by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500).
