§ 5-67.1-2. Penalties.
Any person or persons, corporation, partnership, or other business organization carrying
            on, conducting, or transacting business as previously stated, who or that fails to
            comply with the provisions of this chapter, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding
            five hundred dollars ($500).
