§ 5-65.2-4. Fees.
All persons seeking a well-drilling professional license shall submit a payment in
            the amount of two hundred dollars ($200), which shall support the licensing program,
            representing a license fee. All fines and fees collected pursuant to this chapter
            shall be deposited into a restricted-receipt account for the exclusive use of supporting
            programs established by the board.
