§ 5-65-26. Notice of final order — Service of process.
In any final order or decision of the board or office determining that a contractor
            has violated the provisions of this chapter or the regulations promulgated thereunder,
            the board or office is hereby authorized to assess against the contractor the costs
            of service of process up to but not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000). The assessment
            shall be limited to the actual cost of the service of process or one thousand dollars
            ($1,000), whichever is less. The board shall provide the contractor with proof of
            costs evidencing the expense for the service of process upon request.
