§ 5-65-21. Severability.
The provisions of this chapter are severable. If any provisions of this chapter or
            the application of this chapter to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the
            invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this chapter that can
            be given effect without regard to the invalid provisions or application.
