§ 5-65-15.1. Staff.
(a) The office shall provide the board with appropriate staff, who shall perform their
            duties under the administrative supervision of the director of the department of business
            regulation or the director's designee.
         
(b) The board may delegate the powers, functions, and duties to the provided staff.
