§ 5-65-15. Officers — Quorum — Compensation and expenses.
(a) The board shall select from among its members a chairperson, a vice chairperson, and
            any other officers for the terms and with the duties and powers necessary for the
            performance of their duties that the board determines.
         
(b) A majority of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction
            of business.
         
(c) The board shall have a member of staff who shall attend all meetings and shall direct
            the conduct of any investigation that may be necessary in the preparation of any hearing.
