§ 5-64.1-5. Restriction on use of titles.
Only a person certified by the board as a certified dietary manager shall use the
            words "Certified Dietary Managerâ€� (C.D.M.) in connection with his or her name or place
            of business, or may use the words, letters, abbreviations, or insignia indicating
            or implying that he or she is a certified dietary manager.
