§ 5-64-8. Fees.
Licenses shall be valid for two (2) years and must be renewed biennially; the renewal
            fee is as set forth in § 23-1-54. Application for renewal of a certificate that has expired, requires the payment
            of a re-registration fee as set forth in § 23-1-54.
