§ 5-64-5. Rhode Island state board of dietetics practice.

(a) Within the division of professional regulation in the Rhode Island department of health there is a board of dietetics practice.

(1) The board shall consist of nine (9) members appointed for terms of three (3) years each with no member shall be appointed for more than two (2) consecutive terms. Upon expiration of the term of office, a member shall continue to serve until a successor is appointed and qualified. One shall be the director of the department of health or designee.
