§ 5-63.2-19. Transfer to inactive lists — Reinstatement.
A licensed clinical mental health counselor and/or licensed marriage and family therapist
            who does not intend to continue his or her licensure, upon written request to the
            administrator of professional regulation, may have his or her name transferred to
            an inactive list, and shall not be required to pay the renewal fee as long as he or
            she remains inactive. Should he or she wish to resume functioning as a licensed clinical
            mental health counselor and/or licensed marriage and family therapist, he or she shall
            notify the administrator of professional regulation and shall remit his or her renewal
