Except as specifically provided in this chapter no person who is not licensed under this chapter shall:
(1) Advertise the performance of marriage and family therapy or mental health counseling services by him or her; or
(2) Use a title or description such as "marital or marriage therapist, counselor, advisor or consultant,� "marital or marriage and family therapist, counselor advisor, or consultant,� "mental health advisor or consultant,� or any other name, style, or description denoting that the person is a marriage and family t
