§ 5-6-6. Rules — Conduct of examinations.

The division of professional regulation, with the assistance of the state board of examiners of electricians, may make necessary rules for the proper performance of their duties. The division shall hold examinations in Providence twice in each year and at other convenient places within the state at the discretion of the division. Public notice shall be given of all examinations. In the conduct of the examinations, the division shall make uniform requirements for all cities and towns, which may be revised from time to time, as circumstances require.
