§ 5-6-5. Board of examiners — Officers — Employment of personnel.

(a) The members of the board of examiners of electricians shall choose a chairperson and secretary to hold office until their successors are appointed. Vacancies arising in the office of chairperson or secretary between regular appointments shall be cared for in a like manner.

(b) The division of professional regulation is authorized to employ the necessary personnel to properly administer this chapter.
