§ 5-6-24.1. Apprentices registered in other states.
Prior to being permitted to work as an electrician's apprentice in this state, any apprentice electrician registered by another registration agency in a neighboring state shall obtain reciprocal recognition from the Rhode Island department of labor and training pursuant to § 28-45-16.
