§ 5-6-23. Certificates not transferable — Suspension or revocation of certificates — Subpoena of evidence.

No certificates issued under this chapter shall be assignable or transferable. Certificates issued under this chapter may, after a hearing before and upon the recommendation of the board of examiners of electricians, be suspended or revoked by the director of labor and training, upon failure or refusal of the licensee to comply with the rules and requirements of the division of professional regulation or for other sufficient cause.
