§ 5-6-20. Expiration and renewal of certificates and licenses.

(a) All certificates and/or licenses issued by the division of professional regulation expire on the birthday of the individual qualifying for the certificate and/or license and may be renewed on or after that date for a period of two (2) years upon payment of the appropriate renewal fee, which shall be equal to the license fees prescribed in § 5-6-16, plus outstanding license fees and a twelve dollar ($12.00) per-month administrative assessment fee for the delinquency period.
