§ 5-6-10.2. Limited journeyperson maintenance certificate/license — Class M.
A certificate M is granted to any person who has passed an examination before the
            division of professional regulation, and who is regularly employed by a Rhode Island
            Class C or Class D license holder as specified in §§ 5-6-10 and 5-6-10.1. The certificate specifies the name of the person who is authorized to engage in
            the occupation of a limited journeyperson maintenance electrician.
